Pre-school: a sequel

We went to the building the day before to help jog his memory.  It must have worked, because when we walked into his trailer this afternoon, he knew just what to do.  He was the first one to wash his hands, and the first to sit at the craft table.  He barely noticed when I walked out the door.  And then his speech therapist said he'd had a great day.
We didn't work a lot on academic stuff over the summer, though we did some.  But I did make sure we spent as much time as I could manage with other kids.  He enjoys other kids, but needs practice interacting, especially because of his delay.  I think all the work paid off.
